Course Objective

The aim of the course learning of the structure and implementation of quality management methods and techniques. Learning of where and how these techniques will be used in business. After completion of the course, students will be used quality management techniques for improving the quality in business

Assessment Criteria

Analyze the quality-related problems, create and improve business processes and statistical quality control tools to use in their business practices. Will be measured the level of knowledge the students by participation during the course discussions and the answers given to the questions in the exams
