Course Objective

To ensure learning the core concepts and principles of Project management, to analyse the Project management tolls with samples, Designing Project management process by Ms Project and analyse the applications on the various business functions projects.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Understand the core concepts about project management process' of the projects that are about various business functions
2   Know about different project evaluation methods
3   Know about various methods used in project management
4   Learn how to use these methods in different business projects
5   Know about management science techniques that can be used in project management
6   Know about how to use Ms Project in project planning and driving projects.
