Course Objective |
Intruction to the basic animation techniques. To help students learn about and finding their way in areas of specialization. To explain the manufacturing processes of all basic animation techniques in theorie. To bring the students to a state where they are able to produce artworks on a basic level with each animation technique. |

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods |
Lectures cover different two-dimensional animation techniques. Students are expected to complete in-class exercises and develop a project of their own, using said techniques. |

Further Notes About Assessment Methods |
Homework assignments make up 50% of the final course grade. A final project makes up the other 50%. |
Assessment Criteria |
For the midterm, students are expected to complete the exercises given to them. For the final, students are expected to develop a project on their own. Midterms are graded based on students' proficiency, while final projects are graded on their level of difficulty and level of creativity, as well as students' proficiency. |
