Course Objective

It is aimed to teach students existing procedure and model of collective labor relations and get them comprehend collective bargaining, rules and procedure of strike and lockout, systemes of peaceful solutions and preparing a collective bargaining agreement to regulate employer's and employee's social and economical conditions.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to comprehend concepts of collective bargaining agreement and strike, lockout
2   Being able to state the differences between labor law and collective labor law
3   Being able to explain the usage and rules of legal strike and lockout
4   Being able to determine the development of mediation system by explaining the differences between dispute of right and dispute of interest and explain
