Course Objective

Gain the Declaration of Child Rights, Principles of general Right's and child Rights, child Rights in national and international Sources and the several codes in turkish law of Child and Family Protection

1   Be able to know the Importance of Child Rights and the subject of Child Law
2   To learn national and international Sources of Child Rights
3   To learn a pont of view of the Principles of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child
4   To learn the Rule in turkish Law for Protection the Child Rights
5   To know The Code of Protection of Family and Prevention of violence against women and their Importance of the Child
