Course Objective

This course aims to supply the students with the knowledge and skills at various levels for creating electroacoustic music compositions.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Can process a sound without losing its resolution. 2   Can perform additive synthesis utilizing basic synthetic waveforms. 3   Can perform subtractive synthesis utilizing basic types of noise. 4   Can compose "tape music" using audio editing software.

The topics' theoretical information are given on the board, and the applications are carried out in the computer medium, often using digital piano and microphone as well.
