Course Objective

To teach automatic controls of mechanic, thermal systems and marine engines in marine engineering.

3 Transfer function and system diagrams

6 Automatic and remote control of ship diesel engines

8 Power distribution, voltage and phase control of ship generator sets
9 Temperature and humidity control of ship air conditioning systems
10 Sensors and analog and digital sensing devices
11 Main Engine Smoke Control and other applications of control systems in the engine room
12 Alarm systems, control application in propulsion and other engine room systems
13 Signal acquisition, amplifiers, signal conditioners and noise cancellation methods
