Course Objective

In this course, the basic concepts and definitions of Classification of Materials, Classification of Materials in Healthcare Organizations, Material Needs Determination, Purchase and Purchase Decision Process, Purchasing Methods in Healthcare Organizations, Inventory Control Methods and Inventory Valuation Methods, Modern Material Management Techniques, Stock Management of Materials (JIT) System, Logistics and examines important components of the logistics process. In addition, logistics constitutes a supply chain in Healthcare Organizations.
