Course Objective

Classification of pesticides which have acute and chronic exposure. Toxic effects, treatments of pesticides. To have knowledge of biologic monitoring of pesticides.

2 Acute poisonings of organophosphates-1 (effect mechanism, toxic effects)
3 Acute poisonings of organophosphates -2 (diagnosis and treatment methods)
4 Use of pralidoxime in organophosphate poisonings
5 Chronic exposure of organophosphate poisonings
6 Biologic monitoring of organophosphate poisonings
7 The prognosis of organophosphate poisonings
8 Poisoning with carbamates-1 (effect mechanism, toxic effects)
9 Poisoning with carbamats-2 (diagnosis and treatment methods)
10 Poisoning with rodenticides-1
11 Poisoning with rodenticides -2
12 Poisoning with organochlorines
13 Poisoning with pyrethrines
14 Poisoning with herbicides
