Course Objective

In this course, it is aimed to enable students, who do doctorate at the Department of Management in Nursing, to make observations and discussions about health politics and nursing services management in corporate application fields.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   1. The student can develop long-term strategies during the innovation process.
2   2. The student can assess the reflection of health politics on organizations through observation
3   3. The student can discuss the structure and operation of nursing services management at corporate level.
4   4. The student can interpret the effects of the changing health politics on the system.
5   5. The student can examine the services and management in various health institutions.
6   6. The student can prepare end-of-period project
