Course Objective

In this course, it is aimed to enable students to use their knowledge about the field of nursing management in practice, bring depth and develop managerial skills. The student performs practice of nursing in departments of various institutions and various nursing management positions.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   1. The student can use theoretical knowledge about nursing management in practice.
2   2. The student can discuss the weak and strong aspects of nurse managers
3   3. The student can use organizational theories in nursing management processes.
4   4. The student can develop strategies that would reinforce nurses.
