Course Objective

The aim of this course is to learn the techniques of electrophoresis principal and evaluation .
In the practical related to the course, the following applications will be conducted: Serum, urine and CSF protein electrophoresis ; zimography

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Understand, at the introductory level of electrophoresis
2   Have expertise in the theoretical basis of advance laboratory techniques
3   Have the knowledge electrophoresis medical test and interpretation the test s results
4   Present electrophorese characteristics including gel structure, voltage and their clinical aspects.
5   Demonstrate skills in laboratory work related to electrophoresis
6   Interprate serum protein electrophoresis diagrams
