Course Objective

is to transfer the knowledge and experience of the consultant lecturer to the students writing their thesis; and to have them develop scientific ethics and work discipline, accumulate the skills to watch, evaluate and discuss the current literature and new developments about their thesis subjects.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   The skills required to interpret, develop and use the gathered information about the field of painting and the subject of the thesis at a proficient level.
2   To be able to desire knowledge and access the required information.
3   To be able to synthesize, analyze and interpret the information gathered about the subject of the thesis.
4   To be able to comply with scientific and ethical values during the stages of collecting, evaluating and publishing information about the thesis subject.
5   The skills required to construct methods, develop and execute them and evaluate the results, in order to solve a problem concerning the thesis subject.
6   To be able to solve the problems encountered during the applications related to thesis, by utilizing research methods, developing new approaches and taking responsibility.
7   To be able to transfer the recent developments concerning the thesis and own work; in written, verbal and visual form.
