Course Objective

Social security law is one of the most important values of our age. The principle of "social security from cradle to grave", which exists in universal law, continues to increase its importance all over the world. It is a very important goal to gather under the umbrella of social security in ILO's contracts and recommendations. At the doctoral stage of such a significant lesson, it will be examined by examining the social security systems in the world and taking into account the social security crises that exist in the world. Doctoral students will also be provided with expert knowledge on the social security system and its problems in the world.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Determination of problems arising in the place and function of social security law in the world and search for solutions
2   Historical development of social security law in the world and determination of its effects
3   To teach the main systems and application that affect social security law in the world
4   Determination of the relationship between social security law and social aid law in the world and the obligations of public institutions on this issue
5   Economic crises of social security law in the world in practice and approaches and suggestions against these crises.
