Course Objective

The appearance and development of Mesnevi in Turkish Islamic Literature and to give information about their authors according to centuries and to make text analysis.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Gains knowledge of the historical development of mesnevi.
2   Understands the emergence and spelling of the mesnevi.
3   Learns the mesnevi types and features.
4   Mastering the content of religious and mystical mesnevi.
