Course Objective

To provide students to understand the mystical overview in the Hindu scriptures. And also to provide students to understand the mystical characters and their thoughts in the history of Hinduism.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students shall learn the mystical structure of Hinduism.
2   Students shall learn the development of mystical thought of Hindu scriptures.
3   Students shall learn the soul-substance distinction in Indian thought.
4   Students shall learn the development of mystical stages and the nirvana docrine of Buddhism.
5   Students shall learn the mystical characters and their thoughts in Indian subcontinent.
