Course Objective

To provide detailed knowledge about strategic management, which has become a necessity for businesses to compete in the market in an intensely competitive environment.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   to have knowledge about the conceptual framework of strategy and strategic management.
2   to have knowledge about the process of strategy development and strategic analysis (objectives, management priorities and values)
3   to gain ability to analyze of the external environment and business analysis
4   to obtain information on the implementation of the strategies.
5   To learn how to evaluate and control strategic results.
