Course Objective

To analyze the process of management and organizations sociologically. To study the organizations in terms of goals, structural properties, policies, processes and culture.

1   Being able to examine process of management and organizations sociologically
2   Being able to explain the theories of organization and management with examples.
3   Being able to relate social structure and organization.
4   Being able to analyze the intraorganizational processes sociologically.
5   Being able to examine the current researches about changing organizational processes.
