Course Objective

Define the concept and the phenomenon of social dialogue, to promote institutions and mechanisms social dialogue and reconciliation, to inform about the functioning and regulations of the social dialogue and reconciliation institutions in our country and around the world.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Describe the phenomenon of social dialogue.
2   To teach social dialogue mechanisms.
3   To make understand the functions of social dialogue mechanisms in terms of working life.
4   To know national and international reconcile institutions and arrangements.
5   To explain the structure and functioning of institutions the settlement in macro and micro levels.
