Course Objective

It is aimed to analyse the interaction between breaking points of Turkish Foreign Policy and integration processes in Europe after especially World War II and to explain basic documents, processes and changes within that process.

1   Be aware of basic information about process of Turkey s integration to Europe
2   Be aware of 1993 Copenhagen Criteria and Analyses
3   Gives information about 1993 Helsinki Summit
4   Analyses 1999-2004 political reform process of Turkey in the context of EU
5   Gives information about 2004 Brussels Summit and start of Participation Negotiations.
