Course Objective

The objective of the course is to make an evaluation of the studies of Turkey, as a country of the Council of Europe and a country desiring to become a member of the European Union, for adapting its environmental legislation to the European Union, its priorities of legislation and the position and success of Turkey in the case reports of the European Union.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Cognizing the legal provision and main principles of Environmental management in EU
2   Initiating administrative responsibilities and international legislations related to environmental management
3   Enabling to cognize the efficiency of international voluntary studies understanding the effects on social reliance
4   Understanding mission and visions of international organizations.
5   Cognizing effects of international organizations during the political interaction
6   Be capable of evaluating Turkey s position and achievement
