Course Objective

To get students information and ability that based upon the reasons of existence for local administrations, studying the essence and the characteristics of interadministrational relations and interadministrational service and income distribution, evaluating the problems and solution recommendations of local administrations in Turkey and the world.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to describe the main concepts relevant to local administrations
2   Be able to explain the scope of local administrations and be able to make differences between unitary-federal state
3   Be able to evaluate the durations in the process of administrative and fiscal allocation
4   Be able to examine the problems which occur in the subject of fiscal allocation between central and local administrations
5   Be able to bring forward recommendations to actualise interadministrational service and income distribution effectively
