Course Objective |
This course aims to introduce students to the political, economic and legal aspects of the long-standing relationship between Turkey and the European Union on the way to full membership. Starting with an overview of the historical background of the relations between both sides, and proceeding with the association and the candidacy periods, the focus will be on the critical analysis of the recent developments and the specific problematic issues that play a key role on the agenda that changes each year. |
