Course Objective

This course aims to transfer scientific information and experiences of the supervisor to the student in the thesis process; to make the students gain scientific ethic and work discipline, to gain the ability to follow, evaluate and discuss recent literature and new developments related to the thesis subject.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   This course aims to transfer scientific information and experiences of the supervisor to the student in the thesis process; to make the students gain scientific ethic and work discipline, to gain the ability to follow, evaluate and discuss recent literature and new developments related to the thesis subject.
2   Require information and reach the required information.
3   Make synthesis, analyze and evaluate collected information regarding the thesis topic.
4   Consider academic and ethical values in the stages of data collection, data evaluation and publication.
5   Construct, develop and implement methods for problem solving about the thesis question and evaluate the results obtained.
6   Solving problems in the application of the thesis topic by using research methods, developing new approaches and taking responsibility.
7   Communicate current developments about thesis topic and his/her researches in written, oral and visual format.
