Course Objective

The course covers the aim and importance of crisis management within public administration, the organizational structure of crisis management in Turkey.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to describe crisis and crisis management. 2   Being able to identify properties of crisis. 3   Being able to describe phases of crisis management. 4   Being able to evaluate crisis management in Turkish public administration. 5   Being able to find solutions to example issues in crisis management.
