Course Objective

To analyse and present constitutional basics of family and its protection.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to express constitutional basics regarding protection of family.
2   To be able to examine protection of family from the point of constitutional principles and systematics of fundamental rights and freedoms
3   To be able to interiorise guarantees regarding protection of family constitutionally.
4   To be able to explain protection of family within the framework principle of social state.
5   To be able to analyse protection of family within the framework of Constitutional Court decisions.
