Course Objective

To teach tourism legislation, regulations of tourism investments, environment, guests and other related areas, their application, difficulties faced in applications, possible solutions and recent developments.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to assess law arrangements and practices in tourism sector.
2   Being able to analyze the characteristics of tourism investments according to the related legislations.
3   Being able to analyze the relationship between tourism and environment in relation to the legislation.
4   Being able to consider the rights of hotel guests.
5   Being able to assess the legal arrangements and recent developments in tourism.
