Course Objective

The main purpose of course is to teach the legislation on consumer protection.

1   Being able to explain the concept of contract and contract types
2   Being able to specify the outline of consumer rights
3   Being able to express the legislation on consumer protection
4   Being able to express the relevant legislation to sales (distance sales, direct sales, campaign sales, door-to-door sales, etc.)
5   Being able to evaluate legislation relating to commercial advertising and bulletins
