Course Objective

The aim of this course is to understand the morphologic and biologic differences of normal and cancer cell and to learn precancereous lesions, invasion and metastasis. The morphologic differences of carcinomas, sarcomas, hematologic cancers, and the relationship of cancer with stroma, inflammation, differentiation is planned to be tought.

2   Be able to differentiate basically the morphology of cancer in different appereance
3   Be able to recognize relationship of cancer with stroma, inflammation, differentiation
4   Be able to identify of invasion and metastasis
5   Be able to understand multistep carcinogenesis

4. The learner will assign cancer cell properties in proliferation, cell death, differentiation, invasion and metastasis.
5. The learner will clearly define relationship of cancer cell with stroma.
