Course Objective

To provide learning methods of tissue preparation, sectioning and contrasting for electron microscope.

1   Define types of fixatives and to prepare fixatives for electron microscopy,
2   Identify and apply methods for electron microscopic tissue preparation
3   Able to using ultramicrotome
4   Contrasting method of thin sections
5   Able to make presentations according to the related topics
