Course Objective

In this course, it is aimed to enable students to examine the basic skills that are required for manager nurses practically.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   The student can discuss basic skills that are required for the manager nurse.
2   The student can discuss the use of informatics system in care management and the whole managerial processes.
3   The student can discuss the theoretical knowledge related with human resources in nursing services management.
4   The student can transfer the theoretical management skills to the operation of nursing services management.
5   The student can observe the process of the quality management and acreditation.
