Course Objective

To discuss the public health problems related to prolongation of human life and changes of life styles, and to learn the applicable physiotherapy programs in all ages.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   knows the normal structure, development and changes with ageing of human body.
2   Knows the general principles of assessment and physiotherapy of preventive physiotherapy.
3   Knows the preventive physiotherapy methods and applies in women and elderly.
4   Knows the preventive physiotherapy methods and applies in children and adults.
5   Knows the preventive physiotherapy methods and applies in work and environment related musculoskeletal diseases
6   Performs research projects intended for public health.
