Course Objective

This course provides students with various kinds of case studies and crisis simulation exercises that balance the theoretical and conceptual frameworks. The students will improve their strategic thinking, team management and communication skills in high-stress situations at schools.Gain familiarity with several theoretical approaches to crisis management .

1   Apply theory to practice that demonstrates a comprehension of crisis situations
2   Understand the dynamics of crisis situations
3   Knows about the essential leadership qualities of a successful crisis management
4   expand problem solving strategies and decision making styles in crisis management
