Course Objective

At the end of the course the students will be able to plan and apply the process of data collection and data analysis and reporting.

1   Students will be able to use the terms related the program evaluation properly
2   Students will be able to comprehend the rationales of the a program evaluation
3   Students will be able to determine the best evaluation model a program
4   Students will be able to prepare the most proper research design
5   Students will be able to follow the steps of the determined program evaluation model
6   Students will be able to write the evaluation report which is objective, in detailed, and informative for the managers and participants of the program
7   Students will be able to avoid ethical issues for program evaluation
