Course Objective

The aim of this course is to analyze the contracts which are dealed under maritime law through a legal basis.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Examining the basic principles and validity conditions of contract law
2   Implementing the place and importance of contracts in maritime law
3   Analyzing the printed and free form contracts which are dealed under maritime law
4   Interpreting the place of maritime law contracts in the application
5   Sharing the problems, managing them and solving them which may arise related to the contracts that are dealed in maritime law
