Course Objective

To make the student reach the level of interpreting the notions and institutes of
conglomerates; interprenting the structure between parent company and subsidiaries and
the consolidated economical relationship between them.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be well-versed with the notions of amalgamation, demerger, changing the status of the firm and the conglomaretes.
2   To be able to describe the structural change of firm and notions of conglomaretes.
3   To be able to follow and examinate the doctrinal studies,statute law and jurisprudence about the lecture.
4   To be able to follow the current affairs about the lecture.
5   To be able to generate a solution to the problem that is met in implementation about the lecture with the basic knowledge.
6   To be able to analyse the intangible and tangible matters about the lecture.
7   To have the ability to assert an individual remarks about texts and supplies of a seminar.

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

There will be lectures of lessons in the first seven weeks. And then, in the second six
weeks, there will be submissions of the seminars and after the submissions, it will be
provided to make the students attended to the scholarly dispute by question-answer
method.
