Course Objective

To have the ability to determine the basic principles of Turkish Private Law in respect
with the differences between Public Law and Private Law lasting since Roman Law; and
research the doctrine.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To internalise the basic principles of Turkish Private Law
2   To be able to consider the rules of social orders.
3   To be able to consider the remarks that has been asserted about the case.
4   To be able to find out the resources about the lecture
5   To be able to show the importance of Pact, at Turkish private law.
6   To be able to internalise unjust enrichment, this is a basic notion of Turkish Private Law, aright.
7   To be able to explain the relationship between private liabity relation and private law
