Course Objective

The aim of course; determine to Tort Liability Law comparative Turkish and the European Union Law regulations.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to recite the general principles of Torts in Turkish law and in the EU.
2   Be able to learn the general principles and the requirements of the Torts Liability.
3   Be able to compaative of European and Turkish Torts.
4   Be able to determine he draft framework of a non-contractual liability in the EU.
5   Be able to determine the Tort liability rules in the draft non-contractual liability of the EU.
6   Be able to recite the liability without fault in the draft of non-contractual liability of the EU.
