Course Objective

The objective is to analyse the concept and rules of collective labour law and the disputes occuring in the practice.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to indicate the fundamental conceptions regarding collective labour law 2   To be able to comment on the provisions of legislation regulating collective labour law 3   To be able to solve cases regarding collective labour law 4   To be able to discuss the doctrines views regarding collective labour law 5   To be able to offer solutions to the deficiencies arising from the legislation
