Course Objective

The aim in this course, the innovation that brought about specific types of contracts in the second part of the Turkish Code of Obligations like sale, exchange, donation, lease and service contracts will be examine

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to understand the basic information about the private types of contract and the innovation on this topic.
2   Be able to determine the similarities and the differences for the types of private contarct.
3   Be able to evaluate the scientific studies that are written concerning special types of contracts, judicial decision on special types of contracts and legislation.
4   Be able to crack for he problems that may have occurred about special types of contracts.
5   Be able to produce the critical, justifiable and argumentative opinions about special types of contracts.
