Course Objective

The Digitalization era and the Industry 4.0 process and its continuation the 5.0 process in the world ensure a number of new developments in the fiscal system. The aim of this course is to explain the transformation in the fiscal system in terms of public services, public expenditures and public revenues.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To specify the fiscal system conceptually
2   To list the historical development changes in the fiscal system
3   To explain the transformation in public goods and services in the age of digitalization
4   To express the transformation of public expenditures and public revenues in the age of digitalization
5   To discuss how the transformation in the fiscal system may affect humanity and the Government in the future
