Course Objective

Giving information about the definition of biopower and its local and regional and national practise areas, borders within state-government relations, its administrative and legal controls at ethical level in democratic state structures is the main objective. Giving information about biopower and its practises from the World and Turkey, providing the ability to analyze and plan by examining the rules affecting the formation of space and practise results from various country examples are the course objects. It is intended to minimize the social burden that is due to the lack of strategic leadership features and to teach strategies with this information.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To know the definition of biopower and its philosophical foundatitons.
2   To know the SWOT analysis of biopower.
3   To put forth past and current implementations, the problems caused by implementations and social benefits, to develop solutions to problems.
4   To gain ability to find solutions with biopower methods about the matters that prevent peace in soviety.
