Course Objective

The objective of the course is to deal with the studies of Turkey, as a country of the Council of Europe and a country desiring to become a member of the European Union, for adapting its environmental legislation to the European Union and the priorities of the legislation and to make an evaluation of the position and success of Turkey in the case reports of the European Union

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Knowing the basic thought of Integrated environmental politics in European Union and European Council and teaching the association in integrated environmental policy
2   Teaching the executive responsibilities and legislation based upon law of harmonization code of the European union
3   To examining the EU and EC papers and spotting Turkey's deficiencies.
4   Learning the political, economic and cultural effects of international organizations
5   Overlooking the Turkey s environmental situations in the context of Europe partnership and teaching the achievement evaluation.
