Course Objective

It is aimed to explain definition of human rights , democracy, freedom and equality and analyse of democratic culture, rights and freedoms, regulations about women and kid rights.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to understand the concept of human rights for democracy
2   Common develpment of human rights and democracy, the understanding of contemporary democracy
3   Being able to analyse threats against human rights in democratic and non-democratic countries
4   Being able to o understand similarities and differences of sources in international,regional and constitutional arena
5   Being able to define international declerations and agreements related to human rights
