Course Objective

Within developing varieties of rights, the rights of urban life have begun to be outstanding as a distinct category. It is aimed to show the rights of urban life to the students, who are public administrators employed in urban management or are candidate public administrators, and to provide the current approaches in urban management in the world.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Instructing the philosophy of Regional approaches in European Union Council and environmental indicators.
2   Analysing the improvement of environmental policies.
3   Able to identifying environmental implementations with environmental risk and risk analysis.
4   - Interpreting and cognizing national environmental policies.
5   Interpreting international policies and comprehending developed high environment qualification.
6   The evaluating the disturbances which is related to political effects.
7   Able to improve models which equilibrate between preservation and imposition balance and realize Turkey s negotiations.
8   Measuring Turkey s accomplishment according to international standarts.
