Course Objective

To examine womens place and the problems encountered in working life and to provide students the ability to evaluate reasons of limited labour force participation of women.

1   To explain place of women in society,of women in society
2   To know reasons and barriers of womens limited participation in labour market
3   To analyse the structure of women employment
4   To evaluate womens working conditions in different sectors and industries
5   To discuss the effects of the change in economic, social and cultural structures on women employment
