Course Objective |
To be able to negatiote wih studens in all areas of intense interpersonal conflict, be able to communicate, manage emotions, ask questions, based on third party facilition to ask questions and create win-win results be able to mediate and to gain competence that can create a culture of compromise especially in working life. |
