To provide general information about Human Resources Management functions and application processes, to provide students with the expertise they can perform job analysis and job evaluation applications, and to equip them with skills and competencies that increase their job search and employability.

Assessment Criteria

1. LO 1-3: Will be evaluated with the questions to be asked in the midterm exam.
2. LO 4-5: will be evaluated with the term paper report and the questions to be asked in the final.
