Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary for recruitment & selection hiring process; to gain the ability to evaluate recruitment & selection within the framework of management and organizational behaviour literature.

1   Being able to define the concept and characteristics of recruitment & selection
2   Being able to associaterecruitment & selection hiring process with job posting, application form and curriculum vitae
3   Being able to analyze the candidates personality traits
4   Being able to understand and apply appropriate job interview methods to hire the most qualified candidate.
