To provide the ability of assesing the business as a "system" and analysing as a whole.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to analyze business holistically using systems approach.
2   To be able to analyze business systems wih interdisciplinary approach.
3   To be able to use scientific methodology.
4   To be able to make root cause analysis using methods such as cause-effect diagram, histograms etc.
5   To be able make case studies.
